Having worked closely with Matt Moran to develop a menu that's driven by the seasons, this menu champions their shared philosophy of using local produce and supporting Australian suppliers.

 

We cannot wait to share it with you. 

 

 

 Staff will be wearing masks, check-in processes will be in place, and we will continue to follow the NSW Government guidelines.
