Aria After Dark - NSW Edition

 

A celebration of the very best winemakers and seasonal produce in New South Wales.

During Sydney Solstice in June 2021, Aria hosted a series of drink and snack events showcasing NSW's vibrant wine and food scene. Each evening was hosted by a NSW winemaker at the top of their game, and wines were complemented by snacks that highlighted some of the state's most exciting produce, created by Aria's Executive Chef, Joel Bickford.
