Aria X Amaru Dinner

Aria and Amaru join forces for two special dinners this July. 


On July 8 at Aria, executive chef Joel Bickford invites Clinton McIver, owner and chef of Amaru, located in Melbourne, into the Aria kitchen for one night only to cook a dinner that showcases the Australian produce that is at the heart of both restaurants. The following week, on July 15, Melbourne will get a taste of Aria, when Joel will head to Amaru to cook with Clinton for one night.

 

Across a three-day trip in Melbourne, both Joel and Clinton have worked on an eight course menu that brings together techniques, ingredients and flavours they are both passionate about.

 

Having both been admirers of the others, the chefs were inspired to bring the experience of each restaurant to the others city. “We really wanted to bring the Amaru experience to people in Sydney and the Aria experience to people in Melbourne, so that’s what’s been driving the creation of our menu.” says Executive Chef Joel Bickford.

We invite you to revel in the flavours of the bespoke collaborative 8-course degustation for $200 per person, plus $150 for matching wines.
