Gunzan's cocktail of the month
A delicious blend of summer flavours, Dr. Kirks is a digestive-style cocktail perfect to enjoy during lunch or dinner at Aria this summer.
- 40ml Pikesville Rye Whisky
- 20ml Tonka bean infused Campari
- 15ml Nonino Amaro
- 5ml Luxardo Cherry syrup
To create the tonka bean infused Campari, add 10 to 15 pieces of tonka bean into the Campari bottle. Let it sit and infuse for at least seven days - the longer, the better.
To create Dr. Kirks cocktail, stir all ingredients together, double strain and garnish with luxardo marischino cherries.
