We recently hosted a memorable and unique dining experience this December, in collaboration with LuMi Dining.
Head Chef Joel Bickford from Aria and Federico Zanellato, Head Chef of LuMi, hosted our one-off collaborative dinner on Monday 7 December. Masters in their field, Bickford and Zanellato celebrated an eclectic mix of new age fine dining for guests to enjoy.
Guests revelled in the creativity of their eight-course menu for a magical night to remember. The menu flowed throughout a 2-hour period with the option to add-on oysters, plus our beverage pairing at $130 per person.
