Since opening in December 1999, we are proud of our reputation for fine dining, a world-class wine list and stunning Sydney views. To mark the significant milestone and of the Sydney community who have played a part in shaping Aria, we celebrated with a birthday tasting menu, a celebration dinner and a special New Year's Eve party to ring in 2020 in style.

To mark the significant milestone throughout October, we served a custom eight-course tasting menu that brought back some of our most beloved dishes from the past 20 years.

Matt Moran and the Aria team hosted a lavish birthday party to celebrate our 20th anniversary. The ticketed progressive dining experience took place on Wednesday 23 October, with guests enjoying cocktails and canapés before a sit-down dinner in the front room.
