Available throughout Lunar New Year, our limited bar menu invites guests to mark the moment with refined snacks and a signature cocktail, enjoyed against Sydney’s most iconic backdrop.

 

Created by Executive Chef Tom Gorringe, our Lunar New Year bar menu reimagines classic flavours through an Aria lens — familiar, celebratory and beautifully considered.
