Aria Sydney Bookings Terms & Conditions

A group booking is only confirmed once a valid credit card is received and recorded with the reservation at the time of booking. A credit card number is required to secure the booking.

 

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation date or a no show to the reservation, will incur a $100 per person charge to the credit card on file. We would prefer not to charge so please contact us with any changes.

 

Please note that due to current COVID restrictions we are unable to accommodate or accept group bookings for more than 10, this includes parties seated at separate tables. Unfortunately, if you book multiple tables to accommodate more than 10 we will have to cancel your booking. Our number one priority is keeping you safe as well as those around you.

 

All cancellations are to be communicated directly via phone or email to:

We require confirmation of final numbers 24 hours prior to the booking and this is the minimum number that will be charged.

** 10% gratuity applies to all group reservations. Any enquiries for exclusive dining & events will need to be booked separately through our Events Manager.

Public transport

We are a short walk from Circular Quay which offers ferry, bus and train access.

Can I bring pets?

Support animals are welcome.

Can I bring a cake?

Please see our cake menu to order one of our hand made celebration cakes.

Is there a dress code?

Our dress code is smart casual.

Are you fully licensed?

Yes, Aria Sydney is fully licensed. 

Do you have parking?

Off street parking is available at Wilson Car Park located in the Opera Bar. This is short stroll away.

Do you have disability access?

Full access. Disabled bathroom is available.

What is your Family/Children policy?

Children are welcome. Please advise at time of booking if you have any specific requirements.

What days are you closed?

We are closed Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

What are your Degustation times?

Degustation times are between 7pm to 9:30pm.  

 

 

Do you have high-chairs for toddlers and babies?

No, we do not have high-chairs available for toddlers and babies.
