bushfire relief

We are devastated by the heavy and widespread impact of the bushfires tearing through our county. Matt Moran and the Solomon family restaurants are supporting the Bushfire Crisis by introducing a Bushfire Relief Dish or Drink on each of their menus. Launching 10 January through to Sunday 9 February, 100% of proceeds from our Resurgence Spritzes sold at Aria will go directly towards the Rural Fire Service. Our Resurgence Spritz is a wonderful creation by Head Bartender Gunzan, using Australian brands that have been affected by the fires.

Joel spent the day visiting the farm, meeting the animals and discussing all things process and produce with Cressida, who founded Pecora Dairy in 2011 with her husband Michael McNamara.
