Matt Moran and the Aria team are thrilled celebrate our 20th birthday this year. To mark the significant milestone and of the Sydney community who have played a part in shaping Aria, we recently celebrated with a birthday tasting menu and a celebration dinner this October, and a special New Year's Eve party.

Aria’s Executive Chef Joel Bickford recently visited Pecora Dairy in beautiful Robertson, the Green Heart of the Southern Highlands. Joel spent the day visiting the farm, meeting the animals and discussing all things process and produce with Cressida, who founded Pecora Dairy in 2011 with her husband Michael McNamara.

The Sydney Opera House is home to a variety of events from live music, plays, comedy, pop-ups and of course, opera. Aria runs a special pre-theatre dining option between 5:30pm to 7pm which is perfect if you are attending an event at the Opera House.
