An early celebratory dinner with Champagne on arrival followed by three courses. Our early sitting from 5pm is perfect for those wanting to be wined and dined before exploring the festivities of the evening.

 

Our main event, experiencing the midnight fireworks with our floor to ceiling window views of Sydney Harbour. Beverages will flow with Champagne on arrival and paired wines that compliment our exclusive six course New Year's Eve menu. And finish the evening with Champagne to toast at midnight. The main event commences from 7:30pm.

With sittings available between 5pm and 6.15pm, this is the perfect way to start your new year. Allowing plenty of time for you to enjoy the fireworks and festivities of the evening.

Executive Chef Tom Gorringe has curated an incredible six course tasting menu for a night to remember. Sip on Champagne on arrival before you explore our New Year's Eve wine pairing menu, with Champagne at midnight to toast to the year to come.
