We welcomed the arrival of the new year in the heart of Sydney with three exceptional culinary experiences from Executive Chef Tom Gorringe. Guests revelled in the magic of the final night of the year at our Main Event, toasted the year that was at our Cocktail Party, or joined us earlier in the evening for our Early Sitting. The night was made even more special with a surprise proposal during the celebrations — a truly unforgettable New Year’s Eve moment.
