As Sydney Harbour welcomes another rendition of Vivid, immerse yourself in this year's visual spectacular with a selection of curated culinary and beverage experiences, all with unparalleled views of the illuminated heart of Sydney. 

 

We are welcoming a special edition Snack Bar menu, available in our Bar area and Wharf Room, offering an introduction to Aria in a relaxed dining format designed to be shared. Savour favourites including fried quail leg, K'gari spanner crab and an indulgently topped ice cream sundae with sherry caramel and pecan. 

 

In the main dining room, with floor-to-ceiling views of the Harbour Bridge and Sydney Opera House in all their splendour, a nitro ice cream course will be available at dinner services. Frozen and churned tableside, guests will then be able to crown their dessert with a selection of luxurious toppings. 

 

As a final flourish, we are pouring 2015 Dom Perignon White Luminous throughout and shaking a special-edition martini with Belvedere 10 and hand-crafted garnishes.
