The bar menu, served exclusively in the bar, is available Tuesday to Saturday from 5:30pm, closing subject to restaurant closing times.




We are extremely excited to launch our latest offering at Aria by introducing a new bar food menu. We will run this menu from 5:30pm – 11pm from Monday to Sunday. The best thing is you will still have one of the largest wine lists in the country to play with. I am thinking Spanner Crab sandwiches paired with 2016 Hubert Lamy La Princée Saint-Aubin, Scallops with Avruga Caviar washed back with 2018 Falkenstein Spätlese Riesling from the Mosel or wagyu toasties beside a glass of 1970 Conde de Los Andes Rioja for a real treat. We are currently playing with over 80 wines by the glass and 1700 listings by the bottle along with some of the best cocktails in the city. For a quick snack before a show at the Opera House or a late-night bite on the way home, we would love to welcome you in to the bar at Aria.
