Aria is elated to host the Vivid Residence. A once-in-a-lifetime dining experience which will see three Michelin-starred and 2017 winners of the World's 50 'Best of the Best', Eleven Madison Park, take over Aria.

 

Over two weeks, across a series of lunches and dinners, Daniel Humm and his team, with the support of Matt Moran and the Aria team, will create a dining experience that transcends cultural heritage and champions culinary discovery.

 

This menu will showcase Daniel's visionary plant-based approach to fine dining, showcasing the diverse flavours, processes and ingredients that capture the essence of New South Wales.

 

The Eleven Madison Park residency will take place between 6th and 17th June, with two tasting menus available; a nine-course tasting menu for dinner and a shorter tasting menu for lunch. 

 

 

Places are limited. 

Please note that tables of two will sell out quickly as we have a very limited number available.

If you are unable to find your preferred configuration, we suggest searching for a table for 4 or more to enjoy with family or friends.

Due to the special nature of this event, we can only cater to gluten-free and nut-free dietary requirements.
The menu is plant-based and vegan.
It is essential that any dietary information is shared in the notes section of your reservation. 
Please reserve all tickets for your party in one transaction.

Will the dinners cater for dietaries?

What drink pairings will be available?
Add an optional wine pairing from Aria's award-winning wine list. This is priced at $295 for dinner or $195 for lunch.
 
Will Daniel Humm be present at any of the events?
The menus have been conceived by leading international chef Daniel Humm and the Eleven Madison Park team especially for the Vivid Residence showcasing local NSW produce. Daniel Humm will be cooking at many of the lunch and dinner services, however we can’t guarantee he will be present at every service throughout the Vivid Residence period. The Eleven Madison Park team, winners of World’s 50 Best Restaurants, will be cooking at every dinner and lunch, with the support of chef Matt Moran and his team at Aria. 
 
 What is your cancellation policy?
All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable.

Can I bring children to the event?
Children are always welcome to Aria Restaurant. Please note there is no children's menu available for the Vivid Residence. If you would like to join us with your family please note children will be the full ticket price. Please note we do not have highchairs at Aria.
