From Saturday 21 January to Saturday 4 February 2023 guests joined us at Aria as we celebrated Lunar New Year.


Executive Chef Tom Gorringe curated a seven-course tasting menu inspired by the beginning of the Lunar New Year, honouring traditional flavours with an Aria twist. 


Our limited-edition menu showcased prestige ingredients to match our unparalleled views of the Sydney Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge.
