Truffle season has arrived in Australia and Aria will be celebrating with a beautiful seven-course tasting menu dedicated to nature's diamond.

 

Executive Chef Tom Gorringe has created a menu showcasing truffle in its different forms for a memorable dining experience.  

 

This limited-edition truffle tasting menu will be available from Tuesday, 11 July, until Saturday 26 August.
