Truffle season returns, bringing its bounty to Aria.

 

Executive Chef Tom Gorringe has crafted this inimitable ingredient into five courses that celebrate and showcase. Expect the finest truffles from Canberra's The Truffle Farm, led by master hunter Jayson Mesman, combining with the most beautiful produce from land and sea in an experience that's truly not to be missed.
