In celebration of Vivid 2024, we are thrilled to welcome the launch of Aria Snack Bar. 

The perfect pit stop for Vivid-goers, and a rare opportunity to experience Aria in a unique and relaxed setting, this is an offer not to be missed. Join us in our Wharf Room and indulge in our snacking menu, complete with our special Ciel Azul cocktail and a glass of wine. 

Highlights from our snack menu include a gilda featuring Moran Family Farm pork, crab croustade with trout roe and kombu, a wagyu cheeseburger, and BBQ Clarence River prawns with black lime and fermented chilli. Complete your experience with canelles, Pedro Ximenez ice cream sundae, and pineapple and tajin jellies.

15% surcharge applies on public holidays. All credit card payments incur a 1% surcharge. Due to the nature of the menu, please note allergies and dietary requirements for the Aria Snack Menu cannot be accommodated.
