Massolino Wine Dinner with Cellar Master Giovanni Angeli

A celebration of Piedmont winemaking

Join us for a wine dinner that's made for truffle season. We welcome Massolino, a fourth-generation winemaking jewel in the crown of the Piedmont region, for a showcase alongside a paired menu inspired by Northern Italian cuisine. 

 

Hosted by Cellar Master Giovanni Angeli, the evening will take guests on a journey through the winery's heritage and ethos, highlighting the wines of the Langhe including their expressions of Barolo and Barbaresco. Embodying the tenacity and passion inherent to their craft, each glass is part of their story.

 

Accompanying the wines, Aria's Executive Chef Tom Gorringe has curated an exceptional five course menu drawing from Northern Italian fare. See an Aria take on vitello tonnato; dry-aged duck breast with duck sausage and Jerusalem artichokes; as well as a wagyu bottom bavette, bone marrow & cavolo nero, beautifully married with Massolino's prestige Barolo Vigna Rionda Riserva 2019. 

 

 

350 per person | five course menu with paired wines

This event will be hosted in our Harbour Room with communal seating. Please note the restaurant main dining room will be open for regular reservations.


Please book tickets for your entire party in one transaction. If tickets are booked separately, we cannot guarantee that your parties will be seated together. The tables for this dining experience will be shared.
