celebrate aria's 20th anniversary 

In celebration of the significant milestone and of the Sydney community who have played a part in shaping Aria, guests attended Aria's lavish birthday party, hosted by Matt Moran on Wednesday 23rd of October. Guests enjoyed a progressive dining experience, commencing with cocktails and canapés before a sit-down dinner in the front room overlooking Sydney Harbour.

The five-course dinner celebrated Joel's take on iconic Aria dishes with matching drinks alongside a speech from Matt Moran. The evening concluded with after-dinner cocktails in a custom Aria lounge created especially for the night.
