On Sunday 17 September our Aria team join friends from Chiswick, Chophouse and North Bondi Fish, and served ready-to-eat bites on the Chiswick lawn. Executive Chef Tom Gorringe, Head Pastry Chef Aoife Noonan, and Matt Moran, were at the Spring Markets from 10am, serving an Aria baked goods menu.
This truffle season, Aria celebrated with a beautiful seven-course tasting menu dedicated to nature's diamond. This limited-edition truffle tasting menu was available for guests to explore from Tuesday, 11 July, until Saturday 26 August.

Aria was thrilled to host the Vivid Residence. A once-in-a-lifetime dining experience which saw three Michelin-starred and 2017 winners of the World's 50 'Best of the Best', Eleven Madison Park, take over Aria. Over two weeks, Daniel Humm and his team, supported by Matt Moran and the Aria team, created a dining experience to remember.

Aria had the pleasure of hosting London's three Michelin-star Restaurant Gordon Ramsay for an exclusive three-night residency in May 2023. This one-off dining experience was curated by Gordon Ramsay and Matt Moran and featured a 7-course menu that showcased the cookery of Matt Abé, chef patron at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay.

From Saturday 21 January to Saturday 4 February guests celebrated Lunar New Year with us at Aria. Executive Chef Tom Gorringe curated a seven-course tasting menu inspired by the beginning of the Lunar New Year, honouring traditional flavours with an Aria twist.
Guests joined us for the most magical night of the year as we celebrated New Year's Eve with views overlooking Sydney Harbour. We ushered in 2023 with flowing champagne and a six-course exclusive nye menu curated by Executive Chef Tom Gorringe.
Guests overlooked Sydney Harbour as they watched the race that stops the nation live and loud at Aria. With a spectacular view, an impressive wine list, and a memorable spring menu, this year was a winner. Guests enjoyed a glass of Ruinart Champagne on arrival before they explored four courses of Executive Chef Tom Gorringe's seasonal menu.
On Tuesday 9 August Matt Moran hosted our Truffle Dinner, with words from Executive Chef Tom Gorringe, and Master of Wines Annette Lacey. Our Truffle Hunter Carmine Di Campli joined us throughout the evening and shared truffle wisdom as guests overlooked Sydney Harbour views. Executive Chef Tom Gorringe curated a five-course truffled menu with paired wines carefully chosen by Master of Wines Annette Lacey.
From Friday 27 May until Saturday 18 June our wildest dreams came to life with floral artist Claire Mueller and her Acid.Flwrs. In collaboration with Acid.Flwrs, we celebrated Vivid Sydney through the installation of colour, art and light. With a bespoke cocktail menu featuring Belvedere Vodka, and limited-edition chocolate truffles curated by Executive Chef Tom Gorringe, guests experience a start to finish sensory experience at Aria.

On Monday 9 May, we proudly hosted the World's Best BYO with Cure Cancer in partnership with the Snowdome Foundation. It was an evening full of extraordinary wine, food, and company, all in support of crucial cancer research.

Over four nights in June 2021 during Sydney Solstice, Aria hosted a series of drink and snack events showcasing NSW's vibrant wine and food scene. Each evening was hosted by a NSW winemaker and wines were complemented with snacks that highlighted some of the state's most exciting produce.

bushfire relief 2020
We are devastated by the heavy and widespread impact of the bushfires that tore through our country in 2019/2020. Matt Moran and the Solomon family restaurants supported the Bushfire Crisis by introducing a Bushfire Relief Dish or Drink on each of their menus. This ran from January through until February 200, with 100% of the proceeds from our Resurgence Spritzes sold at Aria donated directly towards the Rural Fire Service. Our Resurgence Spritz featured Australian brands that were affected by the fires.

Matt Moran and the Aria team celebrated our 20th birthday in late 2019. To mark the significant milestone and of the Sydney community who have played a part in shaping Aria, we recently celebrated with a birthday tasting menu and a celebration dinner in October, plus a very special New Year's Eve party.
