bushfire relief 2020

We are devastated by the heavy and widespread impact of the bushfires that recently tore through our country. Matt Moran and the Solomon family restaurants supported the Bushfire Crisis by introducing a Bushfire Relief Dish or Drink on each of their menus. Running from 10 January through to Sunday 9 February, 100% of proceeds from our Resurgence Spritzes sold at Aria were donated directly towards the Rural Fire Service. Our Resurgence Spritz is a wonderful creation by Head Bartender Gunzan, using Australian brands that have been affected by the fires.

From January 22 to 29 2020,  we celebrated Chinese New Year at Aria, offering guests a special six-course, Chinese-inspired degustation to celebrate the Lunar New Year.

Matt Moran and the Aria team celebrated our 20th birthday in late 2019. To mark the significant milestone and of the Sydney community who have played a part in shaping Aria, we recently celebrated with a birthday tasting menu and a celebration dinner in October, plus a very special New Year's Eve party.
