20th birthday tasting menu



This eight-course tasting menu is available for the month of October and brings back some of our most beloved dishes from the past 20 years. Executive Chef, Joel Bickford will produce his modern interpretation of Moran’s famous Peking duck consommé from 2000, Kurobuta pork with apple from 2004 and the champagne lobster with brioche and caviar from 2016.


Please note that our 20th birthday tasting menu is only available for lunch and dinner à la carte reservations. This menu will not be available for pre-theatre reservations.
