reservations now open
We are excited to announce that following yesterday's NSW Government announcement unveiling Sydney's Roadmap to Freedom, we are re-opening our reservations for fully vaccinated guests.
All bookings will be reopened from Monday 18 October onwards as we anticipate that we will be able to open our doors by this date. Staff will be wearing masks and check-in processes will be in place.
Our new executive chef Tom Gorringe will be at the helm when we reopen. Tom is working closely with Matt Moran to develop a menu that's driven by the seasons and champions their shared philosophy of using local produce and supporting Australian suppliers. We cannot wait to share it with you.
